As Founder and Creative Director; LAURA RULE’s vision is to deliver unique, highly stylized brand and campaign experiences via creative collaboration. By curating the talent and team around each project, Laura’s concepts and story telling are realized through all media; Film, Digital, Print, and Commercials. With a mix of culturally relevant objectives combined with an editorial eye, examples of multi channelled projects are ADIDAS ORIGINALS, BOON THE SHOP, #GIRLGAZE X GOOGLE, VICTORIA BECKHAM and WOMEN UNDER THE INFLUENCE.
Based out of LOS ANGELES, with her studio collective extended to NEW YORK and LONDON, the studio reflects a global perspective, while maintaining a personal approach. Authenticity is key in today’s digital reality.
During her twenty years of experience within the luxury, fashion and beauty industries, Laura has art directed menswear style Bi-Annual Another Man, featuring covers stars KEITH RICHARDS, JACK WHITE and TOM FORD to artist collaborations with RICHARD PHILLIPS, JIM GOLDBERG and ELIZABETH PEYTON. As Creative Director, she has created bespoke issues of International VOGUE, 360 global campaigns for DOLCE & GABBANA, ETRO, LANCÔME, MACALLAN WHISKEY, MERCEDES BENZ, ROBERTO CAVALLI, and SWAROVSKI, along with design for global photographic exhibitions and books published by TASCHEN.
Laura is British, has previously lived in New York and currently lives in Los Angeles. Other than realizing her passion through her commercial work, as an artist she makes clay sculpture. She was part of the Summer Show 2018 at the Annex, a group show at M+B Gallery, West Hollywood.
